Construction instructions

Primary treatment → Wet base surface → Rebar treatment → Concrete interface treatment → Material mixing → Concrete repair → Maintenance

A. Primary treatment:

1. The surface of the grass-roots level requires clean, dust-free, oil-free, chemical-free corrosive media residues, and the need to remove loose materials from the site to be repaired.

2. Clean the rust on the rebar, clean it with water, remove the dust, and use a rust-preventing agent when handling the rebar.

3, there must be leakage leakage treatment, it is best to keep the base wet until no clear water, in order to achieve better construction results.

4. The surface of all construction sites should be pre-coated with an interface agent.

B, material stirring:

1, first pour water into the bucket, and then follow the 0.25:1 ratio of water to the material. Add the powder slowly while stirring, and stir until it is uniform and free of cement.

2, can use mechanical stirring or artificial mixing, the preparation of a good slurry should be used within 2-3 hours.

C. Construction:

1. Stir the repair mortar and additives into a paste, brush on the concrete repair surface and the reinforcement.

2. Apply the mixed repair mortar to the repair site. The repair thickness should be greater than 50 mm.

3. When there is a large construction area, construction joints or staggered construction shall be left. Each area should not exceed 10-15m2, depending on the site environment
