BD-15 is a modified organic polymer, and BD-15-containing mortar has superb adhesion and high compressive strength, thereby increasing its flexural and tensile strength. In addition, the BD-15-doped mortar significantly reduces permeability, improves chemical and mechanical wear resistance, and is non-toxic and non-corrosive.

BD-15 mortar has excellent resistance to freezing and thawing and is resistant to long-term erosion of water. For many years, the BD-15 rubber emperor has been widely used in the construction industry worldwide.

1, BD-15 can not be used alone, with cement and sand can be combined to form a bonded mortar. 2. The ordinary concrete mixer is not suitable for preparing BD-15 mortar. In order to quickly and effectively stir the mortar, a forced-type slurry mixer is recommended. The

The above formula is based on dry sand. In practice, the amount of moisture in the sand should be calculated in order to determine the exact amount of BD-15 added. In some cases, BD-15 can be added directly to the ingredients without dilution.
